SSTO is currently operating as a pilot program serving the Northside community and surrounding areas. This pilot phase allows us to test, refine, and strengthen our Two‑Tier Program model before expanding services throughout the Twin Cities. Tier 1 Pilot Education Program and Tier 2 Tier Pilot Financial Stability Program During the pilot phase, we will use this testing period to ensure that clients’ post‑training income aligns with homeownership requirements and that the educational support that is provided truly meet the needs of the community. This pilot period allows us to assess which financial strategies, tools, and supports create the strongest outcomes for homeownership readiness Through this pilot phase, SSTO is gathering real‑time data, strengthening partnerships, and refining our approach so we can confidently expand the full program across the Twin Cities.
